A Lion in the House Hot

Mylion.org provides information about children with cancer, based on the film, "A Lion in the House."  You can order a community service kit (soon to be available online as well), that provides a curriculum for teaching about the impact of pediatric cancer on the children, their families, the doctors and nurses who care for them, and ideas for service-learning projects to explore what your students can do to help.  Also available on the site is teacher training on how to use the kit.
