BBC Maths provides math instruction, review, practice and games in all topics at all grade levels. It consists of several parts:

KS1 Bitesize Games - K-2 skills in numeracy, data handling, time and money
KS2 Bitesize - K-5 skills in numeracy, data, fractions, decimals, percentage, time, shapes and measurements
Secondary Maths - Grades 6-10 skills in numeracy, geometry, algebra, data handling
Higher Bitesize - Grades 10-12 skills in algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry

Games, activities and videos accompany many of the "skill bites".

Really good

I send my kids to this site when they've been out and missed an Algebra concept. Most of them pick it up from BBC Maths quickly. It's been very helpful with all Algebra levels.

Lots of useful interactives

BBC Maths is the most comprehensive site I've found for free interactives that help students learn and practice math skills in all topics and grade levels. I've had my struggling algebra students use it to help them get their calculation skills up to speed. It also helps them quite a bit with fractions and decimals.
