Polls: What Do the Numbers Tell Us

Within the context of a fictional race for mayor, this site discusses random samples, margin of error, confidence interval, and common errors in conducting polls.  Students have the opportunity to create a random sample, determine how many people to survey, and view poll results based on their sample.  There are numerous links to online resources.
