Dedicated Celestia website for use in education
Celestia designers have provided a set of visually stunning and detailed educational journeys that take students deep into space. When loaded onto a class set of computers, the activities place individual students as pilots in their own hyperdrive spacecraft with full capability to travel at their own pace to hundreds of astronomical destinations across the universe. Given Celestia's high-res graphics and its ability to play sound, these trips are a captivating way to get kids out of the classroom and out into space.
