Huge repository of resources!
This has been my go-to site for the past couple of years. There is a ton of lesson plans, activities and sometimes best practices. The site has some dead links but I can still nearly always find a lesson that fits my needs. I just found their facebook and twitter pages that post neat facts or info on topics (I think the Twitter and facebook pages are the same so you don't have to go to both)
