Free Health and Fitness Websites and Apps for Kids

These websites, games, and apps help kids develop and maintain their physical, mental, and emotional health.  Get tips and advice on nutrition, exercise and sports.  Learn how to prevent substance abuse.

Many of the sites and apps are designed to help kids develop social emotional skills.  They learn how to manage stress and resolve conflicts with other kids and adults.  Some show students, teachers and parents how to prevent and stop teasing and bullying, physical and mental abuse, and cyberbullying.
