FairTest lists more than 1,800 accredited colleges and universities that do not use, or de-emphasize the use of, SAT and ACT scores in making admission decisions. More than 250 of these are top-tier schools. The list is viewable by state or college name.
The National Center for Fair & Open Testing (FairTest) promotes fair, open, valid and educationally beneficial evaluations of students, teachers and schools. And it is working to end the misuses and flaws of testing practices that impede those goals.
